that is GOOD. I feel better too :) except..sometimes I still want one...buuuut ohhh welll...no turning back now...only very FEW, very short relapses are allowed :D I've been doing yoga a lot...aaand eating better...weirrrrd...hah

yeah...I feel better than smokers sometimes too...such asssssss......SHEA. MUAHHAHAHA. speaking of Shea, I spent far too many hours with her today...becasue I went to Sequence to hang out with Spenser...like right after school got out...aaaand then she showed up...like 4 hours later....aaaaaand pretty much sucked face with him and flaunted her fat ass all over the shop. it was...ew.

I...seriously miss Spenser though...and it was fun hanging out all day..just the two of us...then Cassie showed up...and then SHEA RUINED IT. ahhh sighhhh. She wouldn't really bother me...like personality wise...it's just...the way she was such a bitch to Spenser...and I mean, I know when I broke up with him last year...I definitely wasn't the best...but at least I didn't sleep with someone else...and then get engaged to ANOTHER someone else...and then still make out with him at school...and tell him I loved him....and all that shit....she just discusts me.
